How Body Fit Turned One Man's Life Around?


 Hayden Hendricks, like many young adults, found it challenging to maintain the same level of fitness he had in high school due to factors such as college weight gain, demanding military training, and COVID-19 lockdowns. To address this, he turned to the gym and sought elite-level instruction at an affordable price suitable for his military student budget, which he found in Body Fit. Hendricks became a committed member of the Body Fit community and completed various programs, and after a year, he now leads by example and inspires others with his healthy outlook. In an interview, Hendricks shared his fitness journey and his most significant takeaways from his one-year transformation with Body Fit.

BBCOM: Tell us about yourself. Have you always had a fitness background?

Hayden Hendricks:As a third-year engineering student at the United States Coast Guard Academy, I am on track to graduate in two years as a commissioned officer. After graduation, my plan is to pursue a career in the medical field. During my high school years, I was an avid cross country runner and swimmer, and I enjoyed playing various sports. For the past four years, I have been rock climbing regularly and find it to be an enjoyable and challenging hobby.


What made you look for help with your training and fitness?

During my time in college, my fitness levels decreased due to a lack of discipline and motivation, resulting in the infamous "freshman 15." I realized that I needed help to get back on track and achieve my fitness goals. As a college student and active U.S. military member, I didn't have much disposable income to spend on expensive fitness programs. That's when I discovered one of the workout plans available on Bodybuilding.com. I was immediately impressed with the detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise and which muscles were being targeted. Using the program was easy, and I quickly became hooked.
